Workplaces that offer mental health days, therapy stipends, and DEI initiatives are more likely to retain Gen Z talent. They also prefer flat hierarchies and collaborative decision-making over rigid top-down structures.

Gen Z blends personal and professional identities through platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram. They use social media to build personal brands, network, and advocate for workplace change.
