Two major U.S. medical centers rejected using Aduhelm, the Alzheimer's drug, in a stark sign of concern over its approval by the F.D.A.

The Cleveland Clinic, one of the largest and most respected medical centers in the United States, said in a statement that a panel of its experts had "reviewed all available scientific evidence on this medication." Mount Sinai's Health System in New York City also decided not to administer Aduhelm.
