New York will require proof of vaccination for indoor dining and gyms, the mayor plans to announce. It's believed to be the first U.S. city to do so.

As part of the new program, the city will create a health pass called the "Key to NYC Pass" to provide proof of vaccination required for workers and customers at indoor dining, gyms, entertainment and performances.
