    The Dow Jones Industrial Average and the S&P 500 closed at fresh record highs after the U.S. Senate passed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Energy and material stocks led the rally, while healthcare and technology lagged. In stock stories, AMC shares fell over 6% as investors digested quarterly results and the movie-chain's improving liquidity. CEO Adam Aron said the company has enough money to get to "the other side of this pandemic" during an interview with FOX Business' Charles Payne.
