• S&P 500, Nasdaq hit all-time highs as Powell delivers

  The S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite hit all-time highs after Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell eased investor fears over tapering and rapid rate hikes. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rallied 242 points and is less than 1% away from its peak. All three of the major averages posted weekly gains.
