    U.S. stocks notched modest gains as the week winds down but all three major averages are on pace for weekly losses. Oil remains under pressure slipping to the $62 level. In stocks, Johnson & Johnson shares rose after CEO Alex Gorsky announced plans to step down in January, company insider Joaquin Duato will take the helm.
