President Biden is speaking about the evacuation effort in Afghanistan as American citizens and vulnerable Afghans struggle to flee the country following its takeover by the Taliban. The U.S. military was forced on Friday to pause its evacuation flights out of Kabul after its processing facility in Qatar hit capacity.
