  Ahead of the Federal Reserve's 2pm decision on interest rates and update on inflation, U.S. stocks jumped across the board, fueled also by developments from Chinese lender Evergrande which is making good on debt payments, according to reports. Elsewhere, FedEx shares slumped 8% after warning on a severe labor shortage.
