• Stocks rise despite jobs miss, oil spikes

  U.S. stocks jumped as investors digested a mixed jobs report amid a volatile week for equities. Employers added just 210,000 positions, well below October's 546,000. Even so the unemployment rate fell to 4.2%. Oil also got a boost rising nearly 4% to the $68 per barrel level. In corporate news, DocuSign fell over 30% after disclosing revenues will fall short of estimates.
