• Nasdaq falls 2.5% as techs tumble

  Investors kicked growth names to the curb sending the Nasdaq Composite down 2.5% as shares of Microsoft and Salesforce fell even more. On the plus side, Boeing and Caterpillar bucked the downtrend as the rotation continued into cyclical names. In commodities, oil fell to $82.12 per barrel.
