• Amgen lifts Dow as S&P, Nasdaq struggle

  U.S. stocks opened mixed Tuesday with the Dow Jones Industrial Average leading the pack after Amgen announced a $6 billion buyback. The Nasdaq Composite and S&P were little changed, even as Peloton shares rose over 8% after announcing a restructuring and sidelining CEO John Foley. In commodities, oil drifted down to the $90 per barrel level.
