Jurors must decide if the men who pursued and killed Mr. Arbery did so because he was Black, or because they believed he had committed crimes in their neighborhood.

If convicted, the men could be sentenced to up to life in prison, on top of the life sentences they have already received for Mr. Arbery's murder.
