• S&P, Nasdaq fall in choppy session but Peloton, Spirit buck downtrend

  The S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite ended lower, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average finished the session flat in another choppy session. Even so, shares of Peloton rose over 20% as ongoing takeover talk swirls and ahead of earnings tomorrow. Airlines also lifted off after Frontier's $3 billion acquisition of Spirit Airlines. In commodities, over fell to $91.32 per barrel.
