Breaking News: Death toll in Kentucky flooding rises to 15

The death toll in flash floods that hit Kentucky rose to 15 and is expected to double as rescue efforts continue.

The deadly flooding came days after record rainfall drenched parts of the St. Louis region with up to a foot of rain that quickly flooded interstates and neighborhoods.
