  The Nasdaq Composite and S&P 500 paced early declines on Wall Street as tech bellwethers Apple and Amazon disclosed challenges tied to the supply chain crisis. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was little changed helped by gains in Chevron after the oil giant posted its highest profit in eight years. In commodities, oil held near the $82 per barrel level.
