  A top U.S. envoy for the Horn of Africa took to Twitter Monday to announce his alarm over reports of an ongoing military coup in Sudan. Khartoum is experiencing an internet blackout, military forces have arrested key political figures and broadcast companies have been raided, according to reports out of the country.
