Kiwuwa writes for The Conversation. But "tension between the civilian and military wings" of the country's transitional council erupted in a coup by the council's head, Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, on Monday. Should China's 'Hostage Diplomacy' Give Travelers Pause?
