• Dow tumbles over 300 points, techs battered for second day

  U.S. stocks tumbled on the final trading day of the week with technology shares leading the decline as the Nasdaq Composite fell over 1.2% in early trading. Also kicking up volatility, triple witching, the event that has stock and index options expiring, along with index futures. Investors are also eyeing Oracle which is reportedly in talks to buy medical records company Cerner in a deal valued around $30 billion.
