• Stocks trade cautiously ahead of Fed decision

  Traders took a caution tone ahead of the Federal Reserve's 2pm ET decision on interest rates which will be followed by Chairman Jerome Powell's final press conference of the year. Cisco and Coca-Cola posted were early Dow gainers, while Boeing and Chevron slipped. In commodities, oil fell to the $69 per barrel level.
